Shipping & Return Policy

Of course we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, if for some reason you are not, you must notify us within 48 hours upon receiving your purchase to arrange a return. If more than 48 hours have passed since you received your product, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 10% and you are responsible for the return shipping fees.

In order to receive a refund the item(s) must be in the same condition which it was received and be sent back and delivered to The Rug Shop within one week from notifying us of the return.
